Spot Cure - Max & Max HP

The LESCO MAX is a revolutionary approach to UV spot curing. It offers to the process engineer the greatest control and monitoring from both local and remote monitoring locations. Featuring a membrane front panel and a powerful RS485 serial interface. It allows access to every parameter of the process from the shop floor or the supervisor's desk. Its powerful but user friendly DataMax software creates records of every cure cycle, keeping them in its built-in memory until downloaded and reset. Simple alphanumeric commands add to the ultra flexible serial interface capabilities. And MAX's proprietary Optical Feedback system insures uniform output irradiance and optimal process validation.
Very importantly, MAX features the industry-leading LESCO bulb warranty of 1,000 hours useful life, leaving the competition even further behind while achieving unprecedented levels of intensity. Others may market 2,000 hrs or 3,000 hrs "life", but their bulb intensities at these times are so low as to make them uselesss for high intensity applications. Essentially, they only guaranty that the bulb will iight - kind of like trying to read a book with your light's dimmer switch at the low position - it's on but practically useless. The MAX Spot Cure system is the utlimate UV Curing production tool, uniquely guaranteed to provide 50% of full initial rated intensity at 1000 hours bulb life (See Warranty Information sheet for full details.)
The MAX HP features an even more powerful 200 Wat bulb that makes this system the most powerful spot cure available at any price. Be sure to speficy only LESCO FibreFire Hi Intensity lightguides when ordering

DataMax (TM) Software: LESCO MAX systems are configured with customer EPROM's allowing use of Datamax Process Validation Software. This software provides full real time data acquisition of user calibration events (NIST) and date/time stamped cure data (intensity, time, cycles, dosage, power & alarm). Data can be stored or exported via RS 485 interface in standard (i.e. ACSII) formats. DataMax software also provides complete remote status and control functions for up to 99 MAX systems from a single host computer! DataMax allows compliance with latest ISO ISO, FDA and GMP process validation requirements.
LESCO UV Lamp Advantage: We fabricate our UV lamp bulbs one at a time to proprietary design specifications. The result is the ONLY high intensity spot cure lamp with a full 500 hours minimum life warranty at rated intensity. *Other manufacturers make no claims regarding intensity relative to warranty life. *Prorata - see warranty details on (separate) warranty information sheet.
